Hello, I've recently moved from Canada to Australia, and have added a new printer to my account, but my billing and shipping address in the HP app is still set to Canada. I'm unable to change it in my profile in the app as the country field is greyed out. I've seen this as a common issue on these forums, and it appears instructions to address this have to be sent to me via private message on this site. Please advise, and thank you.

To get this issue sorted, I recommend you contact phone support if you have already tried to change the billing account/address.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
