HP Recommended

I'm getting the following error message:

Incompatible ink cartridges. The following cartridges ... are not intended to use in this printer.

 

I was also told that HP Support is able to access my computer directly to do the reset.

HP Recommended

We do not have access to take control of your computer.

 

Try inserting one cartridge at a time and check the error on the printer.
