I bought my HP OfficeJet 3830 printer in the US and I moved to Europe. The user manual says that I should be able to use a 63 US cartridge or a 302 Europe cartridge, but when I bought th 302 it didn't work. I read in the Printers Knowledge Base that the only way to solve it is to start a new thread and asking for help resetting the regionalization of my printer.

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
