Hi
Ever since changing my broadband provider from BT to Sky I cannot connect my printer wirelessly but can connect by Ethernet cable but because Sky hub only has two ethernet sockets I need to run my cameras off as well as sky hub. I have a splitter but only 1 splitter works when running my cameras, even tried using another splitter and only camera works with second one too.
I have run a Wireless Network Test Report which tells me that the Network Name (SSID) Found has failed.
I contacted Sky and run through numerous test which all failed.
The printer worked before I changed broadband suppliers. So I think it's still trying to find the BT connection but I cannot find anywhere I can change this.
Does anyone have any other ideas how I can connect wirelessly?

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
As per the user guide available here, we can either use WPS(Wi-Fi Protected Setup) or convert a USB connected printer to wireless.
Do you have a printer USB cable?
Could you also check and let me know if your WiFi router has a WPS button on it.

You are welcome! WPS would be the easiest way to connect the printer to a wireless network. Let's try these steps:
1.) On the front of the product, press the Wireless button. Look at the control panel display to see if the Wireless Menu item has opened. If it has not opened, complete these steps:
a. On the control panel, press the OK button, and select the Network Setup menu.
b. Select the Wireless Menu item.
2.) Select the Wi-Fi Protected Setup
3.) Select the Push button option and follow the instructions on the control panel.
3.) When prompted, press and release the WPS button on your wireless router.
4.) Wait up to two minutes while the printer and router establish a network connection.
After the printer connects to the network, the wireless light will become on and steady.
If in case, WPS is not working, then use the steps available here and try changing a USB connected printer to wireless.
Let me know how it goes!
