I am trying to print on a custom size paper, 6.5" x 10" on my HP Office Jet 3830 Series printer and it won't print. My Mac computer system, OS 10.12 Sierra, is set to the right custom size paper. It appears that the issue is with the printer. Could it be that the printer itself cannot print on this custom size?
