Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have printers set up utilizing the website and changing the ip address to a static IP.  I can now print to the printer.  But the message to go to an HP website for support is still locked on the main screen, and I can not get to any menus.  Is there a way to resloved this?

I see that you are facing issues.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to restore printer, thereafter trying the steps again and let me know if that fixes the issue.
