Hi there. I am the General manager of a small B&B. The previous manager when he installed the printer named it with his name. Everyone in the team hates seeing his name on it still. How can i change the name?

To rename a printer using the Settings app, use these steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Devices.
  3. Click on Printers & scanners.
  4. Under the "Printers & scanners" section, select the printer.
  5. Click the Manage button. ...
  6. Click the Printer properties option.
  7. Click the General tab. ...
  8. Specify a new name for the printer
