While trying to print a document I am getting an error that says, "Check your account" "A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.  My husband just passed and I have documents to print...so I created a new account with my info (I do not know my deceased husband's info) What a joke, apparently many people are having this issue.  Why does it have to be so difficult?  I want to print and go but so far, I have spent over an hour of my time today trying to figure this out and have gotten nowhere.
