I'm trying to check my ink levels (which should be EASY) but from what i can see I need to go to HP Solutions Center to do this and I don't see where I have HP Solutions Center. Confused and frustrated!

Hi @KMCornwall,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums with your inquiry.
I understand that you would like to know about the HP Solutions Center. I would like to help.
Let's try these steps-
1) Click the HP Solution Center icon on the Windows taskbar or double-click the desktop icon to open the software. If you don't see the icon in either area, click "Start," "All Programs," "HP" and then "HP Solution Center" to open the program.
2) Wait for the program to open. Click "Settings," "Print Settings" and then "Printer Toolbox." In the toolbox, look for the "Estimated Ink Levels" tab.
3)Click the tab to see a graphic of the estimated ink levels.
Please let me know if this answers your questions or resolves your issues.
Thanks!
Asmita

Thank you for your quick response. I didn't have the HP Solution Center icon anywhere so I had to re-install the HP software for my printer and then found the area for checking ink levels right away. Thank you!
