Ive upgraded to the fall edition of Windows 10 and uninstalled all HP printer drivers, rebooted and reinstalled the latest printer driver PS_A10_07_C410_140_408-5.exe This works ok but when i print and go into properties although most of the words are in english the tabs at the top of the box and down the right side are all in chinese characters. I have uninstalled all Hp software rebooted, run a virus scan, reinstalled the HP driver only to still find chinese characters in the print properties box.
I think the software must have bugs in it, please advise has anybody else come across this, as I have also installed it on another PC to find the same problem. Its not affecting the printing but anoying if you want to change properties.

I set the region properties to English United States as suggested rebooted and it made absolutely no difference.
However I have noticed that if I go control panel \devices & printer select my HP photosmart prem C410 and then right click go to properties that every thing in printing preferences is correct in english.
However if i open a browser or outlook go to print, then go to properties that a lot of the tabs etc are in chinese?
Not sure if this is a HP driver or windows 10 problem. I never noticed it before in windows 7.
