Every time I use the hp smart app on my Chromebook and go to settings it asks me to log in to my hp account I put in the details then after it says "Thank you for your patience" but never gets passed that point

Thank you for your help, I actually found the webserver via a youtube video but why is there nothing about that information in the initial packaging as more and more people are buying chromebooks and through the webserver you get all the functionality of the smart app.
