Buongiorno,

al presentarsi del problema di mancato riconoscimento del 2° cassetto ho proceduto al reset della stampante ed ad una nuova installazione.

Purtroppo mi restituisce il seguente messaggio d'errore "

Impossibile registrare la stampante all'account

Potremmo riscontrare un problema tecnico.

Verifica che la stampante sia accesa e che il dispositivo mobile o il computer e la stampante siano connessi a Internet. Poi riprova.

Se continui a riscontrare problemi, visita il Supporto HP.

Codice errore: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001
Salva questo codice nel caso in cui tu debba contattare il Supporto HP."

Al momento la stampante non è utilizzabile.

When the problem of not recognizing the 2nd drawer occurred, I reset the printer and reinstalled it.

Unfortunately, it returns the following error message "

Unable to register the printer to the account

We may encounter a technical problem.

Make sure the printer is turned on and that the mobile device or computer and the printer are connected to the Internet. Then try again.

If you continue to encounter problems, visit HP Support.

Error code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001
Save this code in case you need to contact HP Support."

The printer is currently unusable.
