HP Recommended

I am trying to perform a partial clean on my Color LaserJet Enterprise M553 (no touch screen model). I cannot get it to work

 

I tried hitting the x when i first power on with all 3 LED's

I tried hitting the ok when hit shows 1/8

 

Nothing seems to be working. HELP!
