I migrated to windows 11, but found that I was having significant video driver problems on my HP Spectre x360 laptop so I rolled back to Windows 10. Since then, my printer is offline and I cannot get it back online. I have tried the following:

* Uninstalled all software, via add/remove programs

* Uninstalled HP Smart

* Stop the print spooler by running services.msc

* Removed the print drivers by running  printui.exe /s & deleting all that applied to my printer

* Complete shutdown of printer (unplugging) and computer

* Turned off HPePrint via the display panel on the printer

* Reinstalled the latest software and drivers. Printer is found on the network successfully, and software says that it's been installed successfully. Confirmed that this is my default printer.

* Ran HP Print & Scan doctor. It told me that this was a problem that couldn't be handled by the tool. It could run an internal print diagnostic page, but could NOT print a test page.

Help! The HP software has no problem seeing my printer on the network, but I can't change the offline status. I really need to be able to print.

Could someone from HP look at this please? I really need help with this.

I tried an additional thing in that I set up the printer by using its IP address on our Wifi. It worked. Until it didn't.

As soon as I rebooted my computer, I was back to square one.
