After some hardware upgrades and updating to Win11 my Color LaserJet 3201dw will not print in color. I just installed what are supposed to be the latest software and firmware updates. All the help articles I've read indicated there is someplace to select to print in color. This image shows what one site says I should get when I right-click on the printer in "Devices and printers." compared to what I do get shown on the left. It is also interesting to me that I can print B&W while the printer is not even listed in the Device Manager.
