Good day,

I have two printers Color Laserjet Pro MFP M280nw.  They use cartridges 203A. But when we ordered new cartridges we just pointed to printer name  Color Laserjet Pro MFP M280nw and 203A. We have received cartridges 202A instead. But these cartridges are not running and we see the message "Incompatible cartridge" due to printer region setup since they were acquired in Europe and are now running here.

How can we solve this problem? Thank you

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
