Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer installed correctly.  on 2nd sign in and print, message "driver unavailable' will not print.  I removed printer but then the printer popped up in the devices showing this message again. have gone to device manager and printer is not listed; not listed under print queues.  I have a huge printing job and can not remove this in order to reinstall.

Need solution ASAP
