HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I recently changed the ink cartridges in my Envy 4520 All In One printer. The test page from the printer directly prints in both color and b/w. But when printing from the laptop, the color or black/white or grayscale option is not available in printing preferences. I tried uninstalling the printer, its drivers and reinstalling several times but to no avail.

I can color copy on the printer directly. The problem is only from the laptop. It should be the printer drivers installed on the printer but I reinstalled them multiple times but no use. When printing from the chrome browser I do see an option to print in color but it comes out in black and white anyway. I read so many articles on the internet and those from HP community forums and almost all articles talk about the same thing - find the color grayscal option in the printer preferences. I do not see that option to begin with so any help is greatly appreciated. This issue started only after I changed ink cartridges in the printer.
