The printer won't print in color from a document on the computer. But color copying works fine.

To better assist you - 

 

  • What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  • What is the operating system on your computer?
  • How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
