Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 5530 will print off sd card or internet, but not letters or emails from computer. "Device will not accept connection." I've spent all morning loading setup files. Nothing works. Customer service impossible to access. I even called sales, 20 minute wait, said he'd help, waited 15 minutes and gave up.
