Hi @Madison2002,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP computer is continuously prompting you to log into your HP account but fails to navigate to the login page, there are several steps you can take to resolve this issue, based on advice from HP Support Community discussions:
Reinstall the HP Smart App: Sometimes, simply reinstalling the app can resolve login issues. If you haven't already, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
Change Your Default Web Browser: If reinstalling doesn't work, try changing your default web browser to Firefox or Microsoft Edge. This has helped some users circumvent the login issue.
Sign In Through the Web: Attempt to sign in to your HP account through the HP Smart website using Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Once you're signed in on the web, try using the app again.
Try Creating a New Account With Your Existing Details: An odd workaround that worked for some is to pretend to create a new account using your existing email, password, and phone number. This may trigger the app to recognize your existing account and allow you to log in.
Update HP Smart to the Latest Version: Ensure that your HP Smart app is updated to the latest version available in the Microsoft Store. Sometimes, login issues can arise from using an outdated version of the app.
Restart Your Device and Check for Updates: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve unexpected issues. Also, ensure your computer and any related software are up to date with the latest updates and fixes.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
