@Judy206, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your computer not able to dins the printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Since your HP Photosmart D110a was working before the network change, it’s likely that the printer just needs to be reconnected to Wi-Fi. Here’s what you can try:

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

On your printer, go to Setup > Wireless > Wireless Setup Wizard

Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password

Once connected, print a Network Configuration Page (in the Wireless menu) to confirm the connection

Re-add the Printer to Your Computer

On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners

Click Add device and select your printer if it appears

If it doesn’t show up, click Add manually, then select Add a network printer and follow the prompts

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP has a handy tool that can troubleshoot and fix connection issues automatically:

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s official site

Run the tool and follow the steps to detect and fix any issues

Restart Everything

Sometimes, a simple restart can do wonders:

Power off your printer, router, and PC

Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on in this order: router → printer → PC

If the issue persists, let me know—happy to help further! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
