My printer was printing fine the other day, about 2 days ago. Haven't used it in a day or two. Went to use it this morning after updating my Hp Pavillion Saturday to WIndows 10 it hasnt printed correctly. Can't even get my laptop to connect to my printer anymore. Been at it for 3.5 hours trying to reinstall my printer. Can't even get past that part. Did a diagnostic on my printer and says something about Proxy server being disabled can this be the cause? I even unplugged my printer and went a step further by restoring it to factory settings. Still nothing please help my business is down until I can get my printer working or go buy a new one.
