HP Deskjet F4580 All-in-One Printer

My printer HP deskjet F4580 has an error, configuration problem 0x80010105.  I can't print anymore.  

What can I do ?

Hello,

This error code is displayed when Windows has a conflict with the printing driver. To try to solve this issue uninstall and reinstall the printer.

In order to resolve this incident, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Press the Windows flag and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
  2. Type %temp%, then press the Enter key. The temp folder opens.
  3. Locate then double click on the 7zS... folder (if there are several, choose the most recent one).
  4. Double click on the util folder, then ccc and run Uninstall_L1.bat. The computer will restart after the uninstallation.
  5. Re-access the same location to launch Uninstall_L2.bat, Uninstall_L3.bat and Uninstall_L4.bat.
  6. After the last restart of the PC, launch the registry editor:
    1. Press the Windows flag and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
    2. Type regedit, then press the Enter key. The registry editor opens.
    3. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then SOFTWARE, right-click on Hewlett-Packard and Delete. (If the PC is HP brand, develop Hewlett-Packard and delete Digital Imaging)
  7. Delete the HP DeskJet F4500 series folder in the path:
    • C:\Program files (x86)\HP
    • C:\Program files\HP
  8. Launch a new the printer installation with the HP DeskJet F4500 series Full feature Software and Drivers. Right-click on DJ_AIO_06_F4500_140_408-5.exe, then on Run as administrator, and then click Yes. Follow the instructions to install your printer.

Concerning HP Solution Center, go to HP Solution Center doesn't open.
For the maintenance of your printer, please use HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  1. Open the HPPSdr.exe.
  2. In the HP Print and Scan Doctor app, click on Start.
  3. Select your printer, then click on Next.
  4. Wait for HP Print and Scan Doctor to load the information from your printer.
  5. Click on the Printer menu, then on Printer Services....

You want to make a shortcut on the Windows desktop of the HP Scan application, do the following:

  1. Please go to the following path:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP DeskJet F4500 series\bin
  2. Right click on HPScan.exe, then click on Show more options, and then on Create shortcut.

Otherwise, try the HP Smart App.

You may be able to scan using HP Scan Extended!


It will be installed under Start > All Programs > HP:

I didn't get very far.  There was no ccc folder in the util folder.

 

Any other suggestions?

Also, I just used the Device manager to uninstall and reinstall the printer.  Still have the configuration error and can't print from MS photos.
