How do I connect an hp photosmart c5580 to an iPad 13.6.1 . There is Bluetooth on the iPad. Thank you.

Hi,

The printer is not supported on iOS, only later wireless-enabled printers are supported on mobile operating systems as listed below:

Apple iOS does not support Bluetooth printers at all, newer wireless printers support printing using AirPrint or HP Smart.

 

You may try the 3rd party Printershare app and check if it may allow printing to the printer:

http://printershare.com/help-mobile-supported.sdf

 

As the printer is not wireless-enabled, it is likely that a desktop software would need to be installed on a computer connected to the same network:

http://printershare.com/download-windows.sdf
