Hi!
I need help connecting my HP Deskjet 2540 printer to my iMac and iPhones. I got a new modem from my internet provider and someone on this forum was able to help me get the modem and printer connected through HP Easy Start, but the only device we can print from wirelessly is the iPad. We aren't able to print from our iMac and iPhones.
Thank you!

Thank you for posting on HP Forums, MKazi is at your service.
I understand that you need help to connect your HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer wirelessly from your iMac and iPhone. I'll be glad to help.
The fact that the printer prints fine from the iPad indicates that the network connectivity is good.
I suggest you to perform step 3 and step 4 on your iMac from this HP document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2540-all-in-one-printer-series/5295960/document/c042...
NOTE: While re-adding the printer please add it as Airprint.
On your iPhone you may download and use the HP Smart app to print from the printer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03561640
This is a free app developed by HP.
I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Feel free to keep me posted for any further assistance.
All the best! 🙂
