My HP Envy worked perfectly (wireless) until I had to change my router. Now I am struggling to connect the printer to my new router. How do I do this please? Whenever I do a problem solving on HP Smart it tells me there is no problem!

Manual is here http://www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06584210.pdf

Page 5 gives the following info about the Wi-FI button

Printer setup is done using Bluetooth on Android, iPhone of PC as described on page 25.  Make sure you pair the systems else HP Smart will not work.

On  your router you  need to use the WPS function and page 5 of above document shows what to do.

I recommend you set up different SSID's for 2.4 and 5eghz band and make sure the printer uses the 2.4

post back here if still having a problem.
