Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have new wifi and can't get my two year old Envy 6055 printer to connect. The printer gives instructions by printing because there is no display, but my printer ink is dried up. Complicating things further, I'm trying to register for Instant Ink, but need to do It with the printer online. I only used this printer once or twice and I'm very frustrated. I think I had difficulty with the initial set up, as well, and had to perform that with the app on my iphone.
