I have bought a new hp envy 6020e printer. The printer has connected to my home WiFi network, but when I try to connect my devices via the hp smart app., the printer is not seen. I have tried with three devices (all Android) with not success. Cab anyone advise me on how to overcome this problem.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
