Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Use this link :
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
You can "Let HP find my products" (click on "Identify now") or key in your printer model number.
Make sure it's the right operating system before you download the FULL feature software.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
Follow these steps (Blue Dot) to get the IN-OS drivers for your printer.
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a printer
- Select "Add a local printer"
- Use an existing port
- Click on "Windows Update" (may take a while to update) and then "HP"
- Scroll until you find your printer model.
- Click "Next" and walk through the rest of the steps to install your printer.
Do let us know if that helps.

Hi @Ryan_93,
Any chance that you can try on another PC?
We tried on Win 10, it was ok. (WIn 10 and Win 8.1 Win In-OS drivers should be the same set)
Thanks.
