Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Good afternoon,
I previously had a netgear router on my system and the printer worked well. I recently "upgraded" to an Xfinity XB8 unit and I have not been able to connect to the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225-M226 PCL 6 unit to print.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from my HP pc and from my Surface Pro 9 on multiple occasions and I cannot get the units to connect. I am totally lost. I have connected the cables as I did on the Netgear. I do not know what I am missing. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Any more detais can be provided. Not sure what I am missing.
Thanks
Doug
