I have setup my brand new HP Smart Tank Plus 651 and when it's idle, there is a constant low beeping noise.  It's almost inaudible, but when you hear it, you cannot stop hearing it.  I put the ink in the tanks, the cartidges are installed, paper is in the printer and it has printed during setup.  When I print, the noise stops, but it comes back again when idle.  It's driving me crazy and I don't want to bring it back to the store.  I just want the issue fixed.

Hi @rokin4life7 

You may need to update the Printer system with the next driver:
