Does anyone know how to contact HP support directly?  I've tried several troubleshooting steps to get my new black ink cartridge to print, but no luck. 

 

Cannot find a way to contact HP.  Thanks.

@JulieB1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print in black.

 

Check the ink level on the printer and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

Kindly perform steps 2, 9, and 10 from this document.

 

If the issue persists, this could be an issue with the black ink cartridge or the printhead. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
