Product: HP LaserJet Pro 4001dwe

I was setting up a new LaserJet Pro 4001dwe for wireless printing and when the contol panel said it was installing software eventually it went to the message "This is taking longer than expected. Check HP Easy Start for status". There wasn't a status on the Easy Start.  I have powered down, unplugged while power was on, and pressed & held the WiFi & cancel buttons to try to reset.  Nothing has worked.
