Product: Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought and set up this Neverstop printer.  Should the control panel display light up when you touch it?  My display does not light up at all.  Or is there no light available on this printer to see the control panel display, and I will need to rely on room light?

No, there is no backlight on those, you will have to rely on the room light.
