When create Scan to Sharepoint:
1. I could not put in the full path of the sharepoint site. It only stop at the Documents folder and not to the subfolders in it.
2. I set authentication settings to 'always use this credentials. what do i set for windows domain?
3. as for username and password, i use the account that I use to access sharepoint site folder.
think i am missing something or done it wrong as verification never stops. just keeps going and going. and when i go back to that setting page it always says the operation has failed. i look up the manual on how to do this but it doesn't explain for this type of setting.
Please help.
Regards,
Marcous

I have an MFP M480f, and a similar issue!
Although I managed to put the path (https://ENTITY.sharepoint.com/sites/SITE_NAME/Shared%20Documents/SCAN_FOLDER) and using a system user to authenticate, I managed to make it work ... but in 10 tests, 2 or 3 failed with the error "The network folder path specified does not exist."
1 day later, without anything changed, NO SCANS Could be sent to the sharepoint! same error....
I deactivated the "Validate certificates for outgoing server connections" option, still no change!
I have changed the path to a more generic one ... nothing
I checked the user login access and authentication logs in Azure, there is no authentication request from yesterday (when it was working).
What is happening? Anyone, any clue?

Microsoft recently enhanced security of writing to Sharepoint sites and usually you need to enable newer cyphers on the printer in order to be able scan.
The ones highlighted in yellow are the newer ciphers that need to be installed and active. Depending on firmware version you may not find those ciphers listed and if they are not there you will need to update your firmware.
