My HP Deskjet Printer says country is USA 

I am in Canada, how do I change it please?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet printer is set to the USA but you’re now in Canada, you’re on the right track. This is a common situation for customers who move between countries. (Have you changed the region?).
 

HP printers are region-locked, which means they only accept ink cartridges sold in the region they’re currently configured for. To use Canadian cartridges, a region reset is required.
 

Could you confirm if you’ve already changed the region from the USA to Canada?

If possible, please share a photo of the ink cartridges you’re currently using.
 

Also, are you subscribed to HP Instant Ink? Knowing this will help me guide you more effectively.
