When I try to setup my HP Deskjet 3755 printer for HP Instant Ink, the page that I print out does not have a printer code. the HP website instructed me to use Web Services. When I type in the link to do so, I get a page that says:
Access Secure Settings
A custom printer password has been set. Enter the password or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface.
This is a printer on my home network. I have no idea what printer password there might be, but no one in my house set one. How do I figure out what this custom printer password is so I can finish setting up my printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
Please do check your inbox on the communities page for the private message.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!

I don't know if the solution you provided would have fixed my problem. I called HP Instant Ink support and they helped me resolve the issue. There was a password listed on the inside of the bay where the ink is loaded. This password was what was needed, although there was no way of knowing either that the password was there or that that was what was required without spending 30 minutes on the phone with a support technician. I would recommend updating the installation instructions to indicate where this password is located so that others can more quickly set up their web services.
