Product: HPDeskjet 2630
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Trouble getting Hpdeskjet 2630 on MacBookAir Mojave. 

Ink cartridges are installed although colour is not recognising cartridge as full. Taken and reinserted not helped resolve issue. 

Have deleted and restarted installation process over and over. Nothing is working.

Print test page wont print.

Really disappointed

Hi,

Please remove the Tri-Color cartridge and check if you may copy than in Black.

 

On your Mac follow HP Easy Start to install the printer and check if that work:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

Once completing the installation install your latest printer firmware, then re-insert the color cartridge and check for any change:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj2600new/DJ2600_R1845A.dmg
