Hello,

I have just bought the HP8020.  Apparently duplex scanning and printing is supposed to be available.

However HP Smart --> Scan has no possibility to perform double-sided (Duplex) scan. 

 

How can I perforn duplex scanning -- I urgently need this.   Please Help!!

 

Buy the was  The Virtual Assistance is useless!!!!

Hi,

Your printer supports duplex printing only, not duplex scanning or copying.

 

A such can be done manually using HP Scan, as shown below:

 

To install the HP Software with HP Scan, download and follow HP Easy Start below:
