Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw

I have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw. I'm trying to reset the username and password since the employee who set it up is no longer with our company. Can someone tell me if this can be done without knowing the existing username and password. I tried using the suggested default usernames and passwords (admin, blank) but they are not working.
