deeply dissatisfied with the service I’ve received regarding the installation of my HP printer. Despite multiple follow-ups and even contacting the service head, I have been waiting for four days without any resolution or meaningful update.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate action to complete the installation and a clear explanation for the delay.
