@MikeG8, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Open Settings—Click the Start Menu > Settings.
Go to Apps > Installed Apps (or Apps & Features).
Find HP Print and Scan Doctor in the list.
Click it, then click Uninstall.
Confirm and follow the prompts.
