I have reviewed the posts and didn't find and solution to the fact my account shows no printers i.e. zero printers. yet the app in my various devices still has several old printers. I have had it with HP software. Not intuitive, doesn't work etc.

I am trashing three printers and keeping one, my 5200 series because I like it.

Welcome to the HP Community --

Agreed

Trash whatever you don't want, printers, like other devices, should only be kept as long as they serve their purpose.

Where to look...

There are a few places to check and "remove" the unwanted printers, including those shown in the examples below.

Start here:

-------------------- --------------------

Printer Recycle, Donation / Donate, or Sale

Prepare an HP printer for recycling or resale

-------------------- --------------------

Example - Windows > HP Smart - App

HP Smart > Printer Settings

Scroll down left column > Hide Printer

-------------------- --------------------

Example - HP Smart / HP Connected

This is where ePrint printers are listed and those printers that are Print Anywhere enabled

Printers / Allowed Users “HP Connected”

HP Smart / HP Connected Login

Click Flag to switch to your region

Account Dashboard

Select Printers > In Section Printer Options > Click Manage Printer Settings

-------------------- --------------------

Example - HP Account Dashboard

Management / Device Lists / Warranty and Product Information

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

Scroll to the bottom of the web page to change the region.
