HP Recommended

For those who still can't figure out how to delete an old printer off of HP support Assistant. I finally figured it out. 

 

1 Log on to HP Support Assistant 

2 Click On Your Name, Top Right 

3 click on view profile

4 click on the X on the right inside the box of the printer you want to delete.

 

That's it!!! It has taken me forever to figure that out, with no help from HP.

 

Hope this helps everyone who has gone crazy trying to figure out how to delete that printer. I don't know why HP didn't make it easier.
