Hi, Can anyone please tell me whether my HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One printer, scanner, copier has a hard drive and how to access it to destroy it before I recycle the printer? If there is internal memory how do I delete that also?
This product isn’t on the HP website anymore as it is over10 years old. I found a manual online but can’t find anything relating to this.

One website suggests looking for the Datasheet online and clearing any cached data on the copier interface. I can’t find any info on either and the set up function on the machine itself doesn’t have an option to erase memory. Has anyone successfully removed the hard drive - IF there is one? I want to erase all personal info from it before recycling. Any help appreciated. Thanks so much!

@Treeming2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

This model printer has no memory to save the user data. You need not worry, there will be no user information stored in the printer.

To factory reset the printer, unplug the power to the Photosmart 2575, then plugging the power in while holding down the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons.

This will reset the printer to its factory settings.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
