Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer

I was able to login into EWS with default PIN. Upon changing it to custom user password, not able to login back nevertheless I am sure the password is correct.

However Factory reset options below are not able to reset it :

 1.Hide printer from HP SMART and add it again

2. Press and hold the power button and cancel button together and plug the power cable simultaneously does not help either

3. Click and hold Cancel Button and Wi-Fi Key for three seconds

 

After the so called "Factory reset" I tried the old PIN and the password that I changed recently but it still does not let me in.

 

Any other ideas or to send it back since it's under warranty?
