Deskjet 2136 printer (no communication with computer)

A client has a computer with Win 8 installed, we installed a new computer with Windows 10 and the printer simply has no communication, when it is plugged into the USB the computer even recognizes it.

I can install a full HP drive but there is no communication, the HP smart app is the same.

I think it must be a driver compatibility issue. Does anyone know anything about this problem?

I've tried 3 times with this driver but it doesn't work. Windows even says it has installed the printer but when we don't control it the printer isn't there.

I ran HP print and Scan Doctor 5.7.3 and in the final test it says there is a driver conflict. Asks to check driver.

Below is a printout of the result, it's in Portuguese, but that's what I said above.

1.   Ok, then you may try to remove drivers with steps from the next video:

2. Also check the steps from next video:

• WINDOWS COMMAND:  printui /s /t2

3. Then restart your computer.

4.  And try to install again the driver:
