I have set up the printer with HP Smart and downloaded the drivers and plugged in the USB and the printer says its ready but when I print I get a message to say there is a error printing. The power button is flashing and it keeps printing a random page over and over again. Please help or I will need to send it back.

Hi @teewaar,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing errors when printing from a computer.
To assist better -What is the exact your receiving?
Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Also, try the steps in the document Blinking Lights
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
