Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Has previously been fine. Printing docs direct or via Smart gets printer drawing paper through and sounds like it’s printing but paper emerges blank. Have cleaned printheads and successfully printed quality report but docs won’t print

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
